Body Harmony in Lafayette
Colon Hydrotherapy & Digestive Wellness in the East Bay
Body Harmony is now offering colon hydrotherapy and digestive wellness services in Lafayette at Hamilton Wellness Center.
After 30 years of practice in San Francisco, I’m delighted to expand my work to the East Bay and continue the tradition of experienced, personal care that has long been part of this Lafayette practice.
A 30-Year Connection
Hamilton Wellness Center has a particularly meaningful history for me.
Alice and I first met 30 years ago while training for our colon hydrotherapy certification in Oakland. We opened our respective practices the same year and have remained friends and professional colleagues ever since.
Alice DiMaggio
Rose has been at the heart of Hamilton Wellness Center for more than 25 years. She knows the practice and its clients intimately, and her experience, dedication, and steady presence are an important part of what makes the Lafayette office feel so established and welcoming. In a wonderful bit of history, Rose was also the very first person I ever gave a colon hydrotherapy session to during our training days in Oakland.
Roseann Johnson
In 2026, that relationship came full circle when I took over the Lafayette practice. It is a privilege to continue caring for the community Alice and Rose helped build and to carry that work forward with the same emphasis on professionalism, experience, and individualized care.
What You Can Expect
The Lafayette office offers closed-system colon hydrotherapy in a calm, private and professional setting.
Whether you are new to colon hydrotherapy or have been incorporating it into your digestive wellness routine for years, our approach is always individualized. Sessions are unhurried, respectful and designed to help you feel comfortable throughout the process.
Clients often seek support for bloating, constipation, sluggish digestion, travel disruption, dietary changes, cleansing programs or simply to help restore a more comfortable digestive rhythm.
30 Years of Experience
We have worked in digestive wellness and colon hydrotherapy for 30 years, supporting thousands of clients throughout the Bay Area.
Our work combines extensive hands-on experience with a practical understanding of nutrition, digestion, elimination, the nervous system and the many ways our bodies respond to stress, food, travel and changing life stages.
